Camera- angle, size and movement	Depth of field shots- when women is on the field, Birdseye- at the end saying "This girl can", Low angle-mother holding the baby and old lady playing hockey and women on the pitch	This connotes that women can do anything they put their minds to and the fact that they are women has nothing to do with their physical abilities this is not a disadvantage as many people believe.
Editing including any SFX	Montage at the beginning-getting ready to be active, slow motion- not ashamed of her body, girl running, Matched cut-women holding the baby and happy smiling faces.	The meaning of this is that slowly but surely women will start stepping out of their comfort zones and start doing activities that are male dominated, but women are also doing tasks that men cannot do like giving birth to a baby, this shows us that women are amazing and should be respected and not put down.
Sound- diegetic, non-diegetic, narration etc.	Narration/Non diegetic voice over for from Maya Angelo, non- diegetic music that sounds very fun and happy, diegetic sound-from the women cheering and stamping.	The meaning of this is that their is victory in women stepping out of their stereotypical places and doing something outside of their comfort zone, but doing what women do can also be fantastic as well. No matter what a women does there is victory in it.
Mise-en-scene: location, costume, props, lighting	Fields, gyms, parks, swimming pool, hospital, karate class, boxing class, dance studio, street, women of different ages colourful clothing and mats	The meaning of all of this is that women of all ages cultures religions and races can do and aspire to anything they want to do, from the maternal side of things like giving birth to the more male dominated sports like rugby and boxing.
